1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance payment.
• The balance payment must be made before the due date mentioned in the invoice or as informed by your Beyond Skai representative.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
• Prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation or supplier revisions.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Services included in your package will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary or quotation.
• Any service not specifically mentioned will be considered an exclusion and charged separately if availed.
• Meals, transfers, sightseeing, and hotel services are as per the inclusions only.

3. Amendments & Changes

• Any change requested by the traveller after booking (such as travel dates, hotel category, or itinerary) will attract amendment charges.
• Amendments are subject to availability and acceptance by suppliers.
• Flights are booked through our travel partners; therefore, any amendments must be informed in advance. We also request you to review and confirm the airline’s policies before making the booking. 

4. Pricing & Revisions

• Package prices are based on current rates of exchange, airfares, taxes, and hotel tariffs.
• Beyond Skai reserves the right to revise prices in case of any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or other cost factors beyond our control.

5. Liability & Limitations

• Beyond Skai acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers.
• The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by acts of negligence, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Compensation, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
